About Me:
I am an Englishman living in Sweden with my Swedish wife, Maibritt. We are very happy here and just had our silver wedding anniversary.
Maibritt is a retired nurse. I am still working as a deacon in the Swedish Church doing social work.

In our spare time we like to be with each other and with friends. We also help to run a Bible study group for Chinese researchers in our town.

Poem

ANNIVERSARY

Two trees in a garden
Planted by God
Two lonely fruit trees
Fell in love

Our branches spread out
Towards each other
Our roots embraced
And we were lovers

Companions and friends
These twenty five years
Helping each other
In joy and tears

Comfortable in
Each others shade
Loving each other
Each day we prayed

Shadows grow long
And fellowship sweet
Kissed by God’s sunshine
Our joy is complete

A three fold chord
In paradise
For ever with God
And my beautiful wife
